Official Alternative: You are expressly advised that official entry tickets to the venue can be purchased directly from the official operator’s website without paying our agency facilitation and service fees.

2. Scope of Service & Ticket Facilitation

Our Service: When you place an order on our Site, you are appointing us as your authorized agent to secure entrance tickets from the official venue operator on your behalf. Our service includes reservation logistics, customer support, and booking management.
Ticket Delivery: Upon successful procurement, tickets are delivered to your designated email address as digital e-tickets (QR codes). You must present these QR codes on your mobile device or via printed copy at the venue entrance.
Time Slots: Selection of preferred dates and time slots on our platform helps our agency organize booking fulfillment. The final entry window is strictly subject to the availability determined by the official venue operator.

3. Pricing, Fees, and Transparency

Price Composition: All prices listed on this Site are shown in Euros (€) and represent the total cost of the service. This total includes the face-value price of the official admission ticket plus a distinct agency convenience, processing, and facilitation fee charged by Paula Reese.
Itemized Costs: A breakdown of the official ticket costs and our agency fees is provided during the booking process or upon receipt of your final invoice.

4. Cancellation, Refunds, and Changes

No-Refund Situations: No refunds or credits will be issued for change of mind, personal travel disruptions, inclement weather, or failure to arrive at the venue at your designated time slot.

Denial of Entry: We act solely as a ticket facilitation agency and accept no liability if you are denied entry to the venue by local staff due to late arrival, lack of valid identification, or violation of venue conduct rules.

6. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Paula Reese shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your travel itinerary or your visit to the venue.
